Important information:
All services delivered to your stand are rented for the full duration of the exhibition.
The webshop prices are inclusive of assembly and disassembly, transport, booking fee and environmental taxes.
All prices are in DKK and inclusive of 25% VAT.
All orders must be paid before delivery. After confirmation of order CPH Lounge ApS will send invoice with link for credit card payment or information related to bank transfer.
Deadline for orders:
All orders must be placed no later than 10th April 2026. Emergency orders can be placed after this date with a surcharge of an additional 50%.
Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the event starts.
Adjustments / cancellations:
Early is better than too late! In other words, the sooner we receive your order – we have the time to control and maybe optimize with adjustments and improvements.
Adjustments and changes to existing orders can be made up to and no later than 5 days before event start.
About CPH Lounge:
We are an external company, but preferred partner and supplier to the venue. We are here to assist with all your exhibition stand needs.
CPH Lounge is the webshop administrator and service department.
